The target containers are transported through the inspection machine in continuous movement. Light projector and SD mounted at the inspection table are driven in back and forth movement. When light projector and SD sensor are driven in forth direction, they move completely synchronizing with the target containers. Particle inspection is done while both sections of the parts moves together in forth direction. After completing one inspection cycle, detection parts move in back direction for following inspection cycle.
This continuous and back & forth movement of mechanical system is realized by very precisely arranged cam unit called oscillating drive unit, which enables smooth transportation of containers with high productivity including stable inspection performance.
