During four days from November 17 (Wed.) through 20 (Sat.), 2004, "CHINA-PHARM2004" which is an exhibition of machines and devices for pharmaceutical products, was held at the Beijing International Exhibition Center in Beijing, China.

Eisai Machinery Co., Ltd. (EMC) presented an AIM (Automatic Inspection Machine) at a portion of the booth reserved by our agent in Taiwan (Yenchen Machinery Co., Ltd.).

	AIM gathering interests in crowds

Since GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) was implemented in January 2003 in China where pharmaceutical market is growing rapidly, a recognition for quality has been highlighted more than the past. 2,000 firms producing the injection materials and 200 firms producing liquid materials are predicted there in China. As the needs for automatic inspection machine being able to get a stable inspection accuracy is raised, our machine in the exhibition had much interests by quite a few of visitors who surrounded our state of the art.
EMC hopes and expects our AIM could help to promote quality as well as reliability of the liquid materials for injection and so on being produced in China.
