We, Eisai Machinery Co., Ltd. exhibited the Automatic Inspection Machine (AIM2023C) and Flexible UV-Printing System (Truflex) at the Japan Pack 2005 held in Tokyo Big Site during October 18 (Tue.) through 22 (Sat.).

This exhibition is aimed for packaging machines for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and foods, with 378 participants and approx. 125,000 visitors in 5 days total this time.

The brand new machine exhibited, AIM2023C is a highly efficient inspection machine used for dental cartridge, not only with inspection in liquid but also outer appearance such as failure of cap, cartridge, etc.

Another one, the U.S. made Flexible UV-Printing System was adopted in anticipation of standardization of barcode print onto PTP in the future. This machine can print directly onto packaging materials on demand both with in-line and off-line (mounting onto PTP packaging machines is possible). With easy operation and maintenance, we had much interests and attentions by the visitors.
