Our former parent company, Eisai Co., Ltd. completed an asset purchase agreement with Robert Bosh GmbH (Bosch Group) on April 12, 2012 concernig the transfer of the entire stock and equity interest of Eisai Machinery Co., Ltd. to the Bosch Group.
